I cannot recommend Beam Team highly enough, they are a fantastic company to work with! I especially appreciated how quick they are to respond when I call with a need for their service. Back in November of 25, we had our weather head for our main service drop ripped away from the side of the house when heavy wet snow brought a limb down on our lines, I called them first thing on a Monday morning, and they were out in just a few hours to get that fixed prior to I&M restoring power to the neighborhood. Today, I remembered the prompt service from last year, and called them this morning for help. We had a gutter that was being energized by a shoddy outdoor floodlight mounted to the soffit, a fun fact I learned by grounding the stray voltage with my own body while trying to reconnect a downspout that had come loose. The guys were out this afternoon, and successfully removed two different soffit mounted floodlights for me, moving one of those lights down, mounting it through the siding of our garage, setting my roofing contractor up for success when he goes to swap out our soffit for us when he does our roof this week. After the project was wrapped up, I found that my dryer was still not working, so I assumed that maybe the circuit itself was damaged (of course the basement dryer is on the same circuit as the outdoor flood lights 🙄), so I called and the guys came back straight away, and quickly diagnosed that the circuit was fine and that I’m just dumb and didn’t have the dryer door closed all the way (my words, not theirs). In my defense, the overhead lightbulb was burned out, a fact my wife knew but hadn’t quite shared with me yet, so I suppose it was a knee jerk reaction for me to assume there was circuit issues when neither that light or the dryer was working.
I share all of this, even the embarrassing fact that I needed a journeyman and his apprentice to advise me on proper dryer operation, because I think it really illustrates how thorough and prompt of a team the Beam Team is. Very reasonably priced, super quick to get projects going and completed properly. Overall just a fantastic group of guys to call when you need an electrician.
